New Code Numbers for Utah's Weapon and Firearm Laws that took effect May 7, 2025

The new Weapons Code that took effect on May 7th, 2025 is now found in Chapter 11 rather than Chapter 10 of Title 76. The substance has not changed much except for a few minor improvements. I'll attempt to highlight these improvements as I run across them. I continue to work with a core of pro-2nd Amendment legislators to protect and enhance the right to keep and bear arms here in Utah.
